It’s based on old-fashioned principles of taking care of the customer. We know that in the last couple decades this way of thinking has diminished greatly, much like pool service. It’s our goal to change this in the world of pool service in the North Florida area. In the old days in the seventies and earlier the words Pool Service meant something. Clean water, tiles, and filters are serviced twice a week (for residential pools). Well times and technology have changed for the better, but we still need to come once a week in most cases for our FULL-SERVICE CLIENTS WHERE WE VACUUM THE POOL, CLEAN THE TILE AND SERVICE THE FILTRATION EQUIPMENT.

What we do every three months:

Each time we are there we need to do the same thing we have been doing for the past 50 years, vacuum, brush, clean tiles, check and clean filters and adjust the water chemistry to meet safety standards or better. We also need to take a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and repair so that we can ensure the pools stay up and running. We would also like to keep you informed of the potential issues that may become a problem so that you may plan for them. We can do this easily because it is the owner with 45 years of Statewide experience, maintaining your pool properly.

To achieve this, we have an interoffice protocol that requires us to upload before and after pictures and notes to our internal system for review. We know how long we were there, and what we did to ensure your pools are taken care of properly every time we visit. We leave nothing to chance so that you no longer must worry whether your pool is being maintained properly.

Whether you have a professional care for your pool or you choose to maintain your pool on your own, the life of your finish, tile, grout, and equipment is dependent on completely balanced water. More importantly, to maintain clean, clear, healthy water for both the pool and bathers, all equipment must be maintained properly and all valves and return eyeballs must be set accordingly to ensure the hydraulics are doing their job properly.

However, it  is critically important that everything interfaces correctly to ensure the safety of the bathers at all times. Pool water carries the risk of containing pathogens that can make bathers sick and on occasion may be fatal.
